Thursday Style: Quirky Accessories

So, some days you need to relax, let your hair down, and have a quirky moment. Today was that day for me!

Oh, it was cold! It ended up snowing! You can just look in the background and tell it's going to snow. So overcast and misty. Sometimes, the cold makes  you rethink your outfit for the evening!
