Life Challenge Week 3

Tuesdays are my day to start a new habit or eliminate a habit. I did start the new one this week, but I neglected to post it. So, for this week, I will workout every day. Yes, every day. I thought it might be a little crazy at first; now, I can't even imagine not working out, and it's only been a few days. I enjoying working out outside, which helps me meet the past two weeks' challenges.

What do I typically do? I run (either outside or on the treadmill, but I prefer outside), do circuit training, or pop in a Jillian Michaels DVD. I want to make this a permanent habit. My goal is to be strong with great stamina and excellent lung capacity. One day at a time.
