So, I'm slowly trying to add better habits and remove bad habits to my life. Last week, my challenge was to go outside more, and I did. I was outside for long periods of time all but one day last week. I did my run outside instead of on the treadmill, I went to a friend's house for an outdoor get-together, just to name a few things I did.
This week, I am going to add onto last week's. That way, the change will stick better. Hopefully. I love the outdoors; I just sometimes get so wrapped up in what is happening indoors that I forget out nature.
This week's challenge: Walk outside during my break at work.
