Weekly Mini Challenge: Week 1
I've decided to do week-long mini challenges to break some habits I have, or just to see if I can actually do it. I've been wanting - well, needing - to do this for a while. Since I'm in a whole new city and pace of life, why not try to improve myself?
Week 1 - Not eating sweets for a week. This will be a huge challenge and set the bar for me. Ever since college, I've had this desire to have sweets after supper. This is why I gained weight during and post college. I've always known this is a weakness, but I haven't done anything to correct; I've given in. Well, I want to see if I can stop it. Break that habit! It really isn't good for me.
So, this week is stopping a bad habit. I'm hoping to start good habits later on in the challenge. I will be doing this for six weeks, every Monday.
I'll be adding San Diego pictures and talking about it soon! The computer is sick, so I'll have them up once it's fixed!
